If you and your partner are having some issues with each then there has to be a reason behind that. Always try to search for the root cause behind the argument or heated conversation you had with your partner.

Trust is the key to a happy relationship, not because you know all the secrets about each other but you know that the other person is not going to reveal the talks you both had with each other. You both know that you can share everything with each other. And more than that you can share your fears, discomforts, your choices, and everything with your partner without any doubts. 

LET GO OF THE PAST NEGATIVITY:

Everybody has a past and it’s perfectly normal. But, what creates issues in a relationship is that people don’t let go of the past or the past experiences or the memories related to the past incidents. To be happy in a relationship one must leave the past negativity behind and start living in the present. Talk to each other about the hurtful feelings that you have and try to let them go.  

GIVE SPACE TO EACH OTHER:

Being close together in a romantic relationship with your partner is very necessary but at times it’s also important to give each other some space. Living together is important but you must not forget that you have your personal life too. If partners don’t give each other space then they might feel attacked or have a feeling of being jailed. So always talk to each other and don’t let your insecurities make you being clingy. 

COMMUNICATE:

Communication is the key to a happy and successful relationship. Don’t ever think that you cannot convey something to your partner just because you think you are insecure about something or you are weird or anything. You must always talk to your partner about all your discomforts, doubts, your nightmares, your past, everything that you wish to talk about even if you feel it is going to be awkward. Communicating your thoughts with your partner brings clarity between what you both have in mind and that leads to less misunderstanding and less chance of insecurities. 

DON’T OVERTHINK:

Sometimes things happen between partner and any of the two might not be able to be on time or has to go out with friends and family. It is completely normal as couples do have individual lives and it’s not necessary to be with each other or go out with your partner only all the time. If your partner tells you that they don’t feel like doing something that you have asked for that doesn’t mean that he/she is cheating or having an affair. Try not to think too much and in case you have a doubt always talk to your partner.
