Nijo Plus is a digital platform that connects users with verified NGOs across India, enabling them to contribute through monthly subscriptions or one-time donations. We act as an intermediary platform facilitating awareness and donation management between donors and NGOs.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or making donations.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their personal and payment information.
- Users must not misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activities.
4. Donations and Payments
- All donations made through Nijo Plus are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.
- Recurring donations (subscriptions) will continue until canceled by the user.
- Nijo Plus does not store sensitive payment details such as card or UPI information.
- All donations are non-refundable once successfully processed.
5. NGO Verification
While Nijo Plus strives to list only verified NGOs, we rely on documents and credentials provided by the organizations themselves. Nijo Plus shall not be held responsible for any misrepresentation by an NGO or the use of funds beyond our verification process.
6. Communication and Updates
By subscribing or donating, you agree to receive periodic updates from Nijo Plus or the supported NGO via email or WhatsApp, as per your chosen preference. You may opt out at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, text, graphics, images, and logos displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Nijo Plus and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nijo Plus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to payment issues, NGO performance, or communication delays.
9. Termination of Access
Nijo Plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the website at any time, without notice, if any misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is detected.
