YOU HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING:

Our body has ways to show us that something is not right. So, when you are overstressed either you will feel sleepy all the time, or you will have trouble while going to sleep.

With age, or due to health reasons our sleeping pattern does change but if nothing like this is happening and you still are not able to sleep properly then this is because you’re stressing about something a lot.

YOUR WEIGHT IS FLUCTUATING:

When you are stressed about something your body’s metabolism starts slowing down. Slow metabolism leads to weight gain. And this is not healthy as gaining weight will cause other health issues too.

Sometimes it happens that when a person is stressed they start to binge eat and this might also lead to weight gain. Stressing about something constantly can affect your health badly so always seek help in such cases.

YOU ARE HAVING BODY PAINS:

High levels of stress cause breakdown of the body’s strength and one might experience stomach pain, pain while breathing, palpitations, or might even have headaches or chest pains. Always be aware of such pains or muscle tensions and seek professional help for that. Be alert about what signs your body is giving you. Too much stress might drain your bodys’ energy leaving you all weak.

YOU CAN’T STOP THINKING ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS:

When a person is stressed they just can’t avoid their work or personal problems cause that’s the reason the stress is about. But paying too much attention to something that is disturbing your physical and mental health might lead to high levels of stress and this will hamper your mental activities and you will be stuck in your issues. So try not to think about those issues and just shut everything down for a while. 

 YOU HAVE MAJOR MOOD SWINGS:

Too much stress can affect you mentally and thus create an imbalance in the hormonal levels of the body. This hormonal imbalance leads to major mood swings, so you feel sad and angry at some point in time and you may feel happy and excited just a few moments later without any valid reason.

So always make sure that you are aware of such factors that is causing such drastic changes in your body.

YOU HAVE LOST ALL YOUR PATIENCE:

Sometimes under extreme levels of stress, we start to lose our calm and we don’t really think or behave rationally in adverse situations. Stress makes us overly aggressive and we might shout at people around us even when they haven’t done anything wrong. So, it’s always better to unload your troubles and things that are stressful and just relax for some while.
