Nijo Plus operates as an online donation and subscription platform connecting donors with verified NGOs. We do not ship any tangible goods or physical materials. Instead, all communication and updates related to your donations or subscriptions are shared digitally.

2. Delivery of Services

Upon successful donation or subscription payment, users will receive:

  • An instant email confirmation of their contribution.
  • Monthly updates from the selected NGO (via email or WhatsApp, as chosen).
  • Access to their donor dashboard (if applicable) for viewing contribution history and impact updates.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Email confirmations are delivered immediately upon successful payment. NGO updates and reports are shared based on the NGO’s reporting frequency, typically once per month.

4. Non-Receipt of Confirmation or Updates

If you do not receive your donation confirmation or NGO updates within the expected time, please check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, reach out to us at support@nijoplus.com and we will assist you promptly.
