Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nijo Plus Foundation, we deeply value your contribution and trust in our mission to connect donors with verified NGOs and causes. Since we operate as a platform that facilitates donations to registered NGOs, the nature of our transactions is different from product-based purchases. Please review our policy below for clarity on refunds and cancellations.

1. Donations and Subscriptions

All donations and subscription payments made through Nijo Plus are considered final and non-refundable once processed. The funds are transferred to the selected NGO(s) and used for their respective causes. Hence, cancellations or refunds cannot be issued after payment confirmation.

2. Incorrect or Duplicate Transactions

In case of an incorrect or duplicate transaction due to technical errors or other reasons, please contact us immediately at support@nijoplus.com within 48 hours of the transaction. We will review the issue and, if found valid, initiate the refund process.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users who have opted for recurring monthly subscriptions can cancel their future payments anytime by contacting us at the email above. Once a cancellation is requested, the next billing cycle will be stopped, but no refunds will be provided for the current or past billing periods.

4. Transaction Failure

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, the payment gateway (Cashfree) will automatically process the refund within 5–7 working days. For any concerns, please share your transaction details with our support team.
