Nijo Plus – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which users can request refunds or cancellations for donations, subscriptions, and purchases made on Nijo Plus.

1. GENERAL TERMS

  • All contributions made to NGOs through Nijo Plus (donations or subscriptions) are voluntary and non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or proven fraud.
  • For e-commerce purchases of NGO-made products, refunds/cancellations are subject to the individual vendor’s policy.

2. DONATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • Once processed, donations and subscription payments cannot be refunded.
  • Monthly subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. Cancellations will take effect from the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.
  • In the event of a verified technical error or unauthorized transaction, Nijo Plus may initiate a refund after investigating the claim.

3. E-COMMERCE PURCHASES

  • Refunds for products purchased from NGOs via the Nijo Plus marketplace will be governed by the seller’s individual refund and return policy.
  • Users must contact the vendor within the stipulated time frame for such requests.

4. TECHNICAL ERRORS & FRAUD

  • If a contribution or payment is deducted due to a technical error or fraudulent activity, users must report the issue within 7 days of the transaction.
  • Upon verification, Nijo Plus will process a refund within 10-15 business days.

5. NGO NON-COMPLIANCE

  • In rare cases where an NGO is found to be misusing funds or non-compliant with regulations, Nijo Plus reserves the right to halt transfers and reallocate contributions to other verified NGOs. Refunds will not be issued for contributions already disbursed.
