1. ACCEPT THE REALITY:

It’s really important to accept what has happened and make peace with it. By accepting the situation you gain control of your life. It’s time to stop your emotions from getting the better of you. It will be painful initially but things will fall into place as you start accepting the situation.

  1. GET RID OFF THEIR BELONGINGS:

Takedown their photos, wall hangings, love notes, or anything that reminds you of your partner. You can put it all in a box and throw it away, because watching them again and again won’t let you move forward in life.

  1. KEEP YOURSELF OCCUPIED:

Keep yourself busy, do things that are of interest to you. Go out with your friends, try to focus on your work, don’t just sit idle. Don’t let your mind wander to the painful breakup situation you have already gone through.

  1. GO ON SOLO TRIPS:

Plan and go on that much-awaited solo trip that you have been planning for such a long time. Go out and enjoy yourself, let yourself be free.

  1. EXERCISE:

Make a daily routine and try to work out every day. It will help you refresh your mind and also produce happy hormones. You can either go for a run or even do some yoga or meditation to start with.
