1. MAKE SMALL GOALS:

Whenever you are done deciding what your goal is, always divide it into small goals and try to accomplish those first. It is easier to complete small tasks one at a time rather than trying to complete the whole task in one go.

  1. REWARD YOURSELF:

Make sure to always reward yourself whenever you are done with one task or goal of yours. Rewarding yourself on these achievements will help to boost your morale and help you stay focused to achieve your goal.

  1. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS:

Always keep a track of your progress and how far you have come to achieving your goals. This is not just to keep track of your work but also to make you realize how far you’ve come to completing your goal and to keep you motivated.

  1. WRITE YOUR GOAL TO MAKE IT VISIBLE :

Take a piece of paper and write down your goal on it in big and bold letters and stick it in your room on a wall so that it’s always visible to you, and it keeps reminding you that you have a dream to fulfill and a goal to achieve. Doing this will help you focus on your work and you won’t get distracted.

  1. BRAIN LOVING FOODS:

Consume foods like chocolates, nuts, whole grains, berries, etc. They are healthy, tasty and most importantly, they increase the levels of serotonin and dopamine that help you to calm your mind down and induce happy feelings that keep you motivated.

  1. BREAKS:

Take a break. Don’t overburden yourself with the pressure of achieving your goal. Take things slowly whenever needed and start with a fresh mind. Take a little pause if you are stuck somewhere if you put your mind solely to one thing then you can get tunnel vision and you may not see other ways and opportunities to proceed so relax and then think about what could be done.
