Try to shift your focus from your body and list down the things that you are good at. Write as many things as you can that you really like about yourself or are positive points about you.

Read this list as often as possible and keep your mind focused on the good things mainly to boost your self-confidence.
WEAR WHAT YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE IN:
No matter what people think or say, you wear what you feel you want to wear. Your wardrobe must reflect your personality and at the same time must be very comforting to you. Don’t let others’ judgment make you decide that what you can wear or not. What you wish to do about yourself is solely your decision.
APPRECIATE YOUR BODY:
Don’t let yourself down just because someone says that you are too fat or skinny. You and your body are more than just the physical appearance. Your body does so much more than that like dancing, running, breathing, dreaming, and so much more on a daily basis. So don’t just focus on the appearance rather appreciate the fact that your body allows you to do so many tasks in a day and that too with such ease.
SHUT THE VOICES IN YOUR HEAD:
You will always have some negative thoughts that go through your mind when you ever listen to some comment on your body’s appearance or weight but don’t let those thoughts overpower your mind.
Rather replace those negative thoughts with positive ones. For example, you can tell yourself that, “I will respect my body”, “I can accomplish anything if I set my mind”.
GET THE REAL DEFINITION OF “BEAUTY”:
When you are happy with the way you are or you feel good about yourself it reflects in your personality. It boosts your self-confidence, and self-image too. Your mind is more open to things and you don’t bound or limit yourself.
So always remind yourself that beauty is not the way we look it the way we carry ourselves and the way we think about ourselves.
BE WITH POSITIVE PEOPLE:
One of the most important things in life to stay positive is to surround yourself with things and people that bring positivity out of you. Be with people that love you because of your good nature and are not judging you because of something like the weight, or your looks that are temporary because they change with time. Spend your time with happy people and stay positive.
